In our more than 30 years of service to Stirling and the surrounding areas, Stirling Dental Centre has become a dental practice known for excellence. Our reputation didn’t come about by chance; it took many years of education, applied knowledge and of course — having the right people at our practice.
As a family dental practice, you will be greeted with a warm welcome whenever you visit Stirling Dental Centre. Our administrative staff will then ask you to complete some fairly typical “getting to know you” forms. These forms are invaluable to our practice as they allow us to learn about your medical history, as well as contact information and any dental insurance you may carry.

Dr. Allen received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto and an undergraduate degree in Medical Science at the University of Western Ontario. Following graduation from dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency program at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto where she received additional training in oral pathology, oral surgery, and the treatment of medically compromised patients.
She is a member of the Ontario Dental Association, Bay of Quinte Dental Society, Toronto Crown and Bridge Study club, and places a strong emphasis on continuing education.
Dr. Allen is thrilled lead the amazing team at the Stirling Dental Centre. She places a strong emphasis on providing honest, gentle, and high quality dental care.
When not in the office, she spends most of her time chasing after her young son, Scott. She and her husband, Stewart, enjoy camping, hiking, cross-country skiing and time at the cottage in the summer.
Dr. Erwin is a graduate of the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Western Ontario. He is a member of the Bay of Quinte Dental Society, the Ontario and Canadian Dental Association and has been involved in private practice for the past 30 years. Dr. Erwin has lived in the Stirling area for the past ten years and his family has a strong local presence here.
When not at the office, Dr. Erwin enjoys golfing, woodworking, and curling at the Stirling Curling Club.
More than twenty-five years ago, I chose dental hygiene as my career path, a decision I am so thankful to have made. I am passionate about my profession and that is how I start each day. For the past 23 years, I have enjoyed working in the Stirling office. I have two wonderful children and enjoy camping, kayaking and exercising in my free time.
After graduating from the level 2 dental assisting program at Durham College in 2017, I have been employsed at the Stirling Dental Centre. I enjoy being a dental assistant, meeting and educating patients on a dialy basis, and learning new things everyday. When not at work I enjoy spending my free time with friends and family.

Since graduating as a Certified Dental Assistant II six years ago, I have been employed with Dr. Smith at Stirling Dental Centre. I am married with two wonderful children. Each year I look forward to our family vacations down south and spending summers at our trailer.
Certified Dental Assistant
After raising my family I decided to take the Level II dental Assisting Program at KLC College in Kingston and recently graduated. I've been employed at the Stirling Dental Centre since April 2019 and feel right at home with this wonderful team. One of my favourite parts of the dental team is seeing the life changing results that we can provide for our patients.
Outside of the office, I love spending time with my children, grandchildren and boyfriend. I enjoy summertime when I can ride my horse and motorcycle and be outside with my four dogs.
Office Manager, Receptionist
I am the office manager at the Stirling Dental Centre, with over 20 years of experience in the dental field. It’s been a privilege to work with our staff, and I can honestly say our patients are like family. Outside of work, my husband, Ed, and I enjoy photography, travelling the world, gardening and spending time at our cottage.
Receptionist, Certified Dental Assistant
I graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Durham College in 1996 and have been working in the dental field ever since as both a Dental Assistant and Receptionist. I pride myself on my ability to multi-task and am always ready and willing to help. I am married with two teenage sons. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, reading, outdoor activities, and spending tiem with my family at our cottage and hunting camp.
I have lived in the Stirling community for over 25 years and have been a hygienist at the Stirling Dental Centre for the past 15 years. I am passionate and excited about dental hygiene. I enjoy helping our patients to maintain a healthy smile. My husband, Shawn, and I have two children. I enjoy travelling, cycling, hiking, reading, volunteering and tractor pulling in my spare time.
